And VOCIC products are covered by at least a one-year warranty with lifelong after-sales, which is effective upon purchase. EVERY customer will receive a timely replacement, refund, or return when discovering the problems with the products in the warranty.

Warranty Coverage:

We offer 1-5 year warranty on VOCIC products distributed by authorized distributors. This warranty ensures coverage for any material or workmanship defects under standard usage conditions. The specific warranty duration varies across products. The following lines are some product warranty policies for your reference. 1. Rollator Walker & Lift Chair

One-year warranty covers for the damaged or defective parts and components:

  • Frame
  • Handle
  • Seat
  • Cushion
  • Brake

2. Air Mattress

One-year warranty covers:

  • Mattress
  • Core component – Air pump. Air pump as the core component is guaranteed a high performance, which normally has 1000 hours of service life.
  • Accessories
  • Wearing parts such as fuses are not covered by the warranty service

3. Wheelchair

VOCIC wheelchair frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.

A valid warranty for 1 year to the following:

  • Accessories
  • Motors and Electric Control
  • Batteries including Aluminum acid batteries and lithium batteries

4. Scooter

One-year warranty covers:

  • VOCIC scooter frames
  • Accessories
  • Motors and Electric Control
  • Batteries including Aluminum acid batteries and lithium batteries

Exclusions. Our warranty does not cover damages caused by the following situations:

  • If your products are lost or stolen by accidents.
  • If your products are in normal wear and tear, such as the natural consumption of tires and batteries due to frequent usage or abuse.
  • If your products are misused with improper operation, such as the error assembly against the user manual and improper storage.
  • If your products are ignored of the necessary maintenance so that they become deteriorated with time and can’t be repaired anymore.
  • If your products are damaged by the external environment such as the extremes of weather like the extreme temperature, and the natural events such as the unexpected flood.
  • The warranty is non-transferable, which can only be used by the owner of the products and can’t be transferred to others.

Warranty Claims:

Customers can submit warranty claims for defective products within the warranty period. Claims must include proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
